A Boring Update

For about a month now I have been taking my running really easy with no runs over an hour long, and 3-4 days a week (give or take). My right knee has been bothering me in a strange way that makes me suspect a cartilage problem versus a muscle/bone injury. In any case I have been taking glucosamine regularly and trying to let my body heal itself. It has not yet gone away (hence why I think it may be cartilage) but luckily since it doesn't effect my running much I think I'm ready to start the 10-k training plan this Monday.
Along with my 10-k plans I will be meditating every day for the next 7 days to see if this has any effect over my mind OR body. Excited to see what the results say! :)
