Training Week 1, Day 2 & 3

Day 2 (Tuesday) - 4 miles at a moderate pace. Mini massage on my left hammie and right calf. Ouch.
Day 3 (Wednesday) - SO incredibly sore from Monday's workout, I considered several times to put this workout off until Thursday. Luckily I have an event to attend on Thursday night, and knew this was not a possibility, and forced my butt to the UCLA track. This was tough being as sore as I was, and I did not hit any of my times :( But since my times were so consistent, this proved to me that by the end of the 6 weeks, I will be faster if I can break through. Here are my times:
