Westridge + Santa Anas

Ran with the Coyotes this morning at the Westridge trailhead in the Santa Monica Mountains. To the top, it's about 7 miles, mostly all up one way and down the other. I should've brought water with me, because it was hot n' dry, even at 6AM! I'm attributing it to the Santa Ana's...
Last night was the weekly meetup at Top to Top. I felt really strong last night so took off at a little quicker pace for the 10K route. I also won a lovely t-shirt at the raffle...by Suunto (they make heart rate monitors among other things)...thanks for that! I love winning.
